Hair Color Options...

I'm getting my hair done at a new place next Friday, and I'm a little torn as to what I want to do with it.  The color is my major question.  I have fair skin and want a color that will look good with that because I definitely won't be getting any darker this winter.

My first thought is a pretty close to my natural color but with a little more red.

The second thought is a blonde option.  I've had really blonde hair before, but it's been a couple of years.  Gwyneth seems to pull it off the fair skin and light locks pretty well, but I'm no Gwyneth, so I'm not sure.

The last thought is a mix of the two, Reese Witherspoon style.  This is pretty similar to what I have now but with a little more blonde.  Decisions, decisions...
